Practices at a Glance - Tuesday/Thursday
Wednesdays
We anticipate some Wednesday practices for the older, competitive teams.
Player and parents will be notified by your coaches well in advance
Fridays
Open Gym/Specialty on Select Fridays 6-8PM. Notifications will be made known.
Note: When Supai teams have game days, practices will start in the Cafeteria
Sports do not build character. They reveal it.
Support the Sport
This year Shenu is providing opportunities for girls ages ranging from 10-18 of all skill levels and backgrounds the opportunity to play club volleyball.
Shenu Volleyball Club tax deductible donations are a great way to support youth programs. Our mission is for young athletes, from diverse socio-economic communities, to be given opportunities to compete with successful outcomes through volleyball

It is great to see a star college player like Benishe, after having such a successful college career, become a top coach. She has been able to share her enormous talent and knowledge with young players. People that play for Benishe will benefit from the technical skills that she possesses and her mature experienced personality. I truly enjoyed coaching Benishe through her college career. She always had a way to make the team better. She led by example with her play and her attitude. Benishe was always considered by me and her teammates to be the perfect team player.
